In the design phase, we first get to know you - including your desires for your backyard development. We then work to implement the vision into an imaginative and unique concept design plan, Design happens throughout the entire construction process as well, but the core of what makes the project special is decided at this critical stage. There are three phases to the design stage, including the Initial Consultation, the Concept Design, and the Contract Agreement.

Our Design and Development approach is not to 'build you a pool', or 'put in some landscape'. Instead, we strive to view the entire backyard development as a whole, and create a special blend of project elements, including pools, water features, patios, retaining walls, and landscape elements that rely on each other to create the outdoor room extension of your living environment. From a carefully considered and detailed design plan, to the installation and oversight of the finished product, we work with you to make sure all of the project 'puzzle' pieces fit together seamlessly, and the final project development is one that both of us can be proud of for years to come.
